Bradmer Foods is pleased to announce its successful investment in California-based seafood company Blue Horizon Wild, its fifth portfolio company. Blue Horizon is a leading supplier of healthy and clean branded seafood products to the North American market.

Adam Borden was recently interviewed by Khalil Akhtar, the resident Food Geek at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, about the growing trend of cupcake shops.  Borden asserts that cupcakes' staying power is linked to the nostalgia they produce and people's ability to readily identify with them.
